How do I place an order

First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, choose the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can also choose to proceed directly to check out but clicking on the "Buy it Now" button.

When you are ready to checkout, you can click on the "Shopping Cart" icon ("Check out" button) in the upper right-hand section of every page.

After you have reviewed the entire contents of your cart, clicking on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page, you can continue to add your delivery information and payment details. If you have an account with us, you can log-in and your preferred address details will be automatically populated in the form for order delivery.

Upon completing these forms, just click on "Place Your Order". A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your
records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

What to do if I want additional information before I place an order?

How do I setup an account with Kraftverse?

Setting up your account with us allows you to have certain benefits, including a faster checkout experience for future purchases, avail member only discounts etc.

You can set up an account either by clicking on the "Account" icon on the top right of the page or also at "Check out". Once you have set up your account with us with a registered e-mail address, you can add your delivery address(s) as well, which will be used for future orders placed by you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via our Contact Us page.


Is it possible to cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order may not be possible in all cases. If the order has
not been processed yet or released for delivery, we may still be able to cancel your order, however, cancellation charges may apply. Please see our Return Policy as well for further information. Once order is processed and out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may ask to cancel your order via the form provided on the Contact Us page or through WhatsApp, however, as mentioned, we cannot guarantee if the order can be cancelled when you reach out to us.

What should I do if I don't get a confirmation email after placing my order?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! It's possible that the confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder or that the email address you provided is incorrect. In any case, please contact
us via the Contact Form of WhatsApp us, and we'd be happy to assist!

The item I ordered is damaged, what do I do?

We understand how frustrating it
can be; however, we offer a replacement of goods that arrive physically damaged, free of additional charges! In case a replacement is not possible, we refund your money in full. Please report any damages immediately upon receipt as we do not accept any claims once the items have been used. All you need to do is contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp us, and our customer support representative will provide return instructions for next steps related to the damaged or defective items.


I wasn't home at the scheduled delivery date; how do I get my order reshipped?

Our delivery personnel contact you to schedule a delivery. We usually make three attempts to deliver the order to your address. If you missed all three, please get in touch with us to rearrange your delivery. This may incur additional delivery charges.
We encourage you to provide complete and accurate delivery address and contact number where you can be reached, to make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

How do I change my delivery address or date after checkout?

Contact our customer support via the Contact Us form or WhatsApp us if you need to change or update your delivery address after placing the order. We try our best to cater to your requests in every way possible. However, in case the delivery personnel are unable to contact you at the contact number provided or unable to make the delivery at the provided address after three attempts, additional delivery charges may apply if you request to delivery your order again to the same or a different address.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address?

At the time of checkout, enter and
select the address to which you want your order to be delivered. Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery at the alternate address on the scheduled delivery date. For more information, please view our Shipping Policy.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept a variety of payments including Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit and debit cards including MasterCard and Visa.

Is it safe to make card payments at

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) for all e-commerce transactions, a security system that guarantees that all the data you send us is safe. All this is achieved through advanced encryption technology. You will see that all URLs on our website start with https://, which means that your data is sent encrypted.

Additionally, we use the highest level security certificate, SSL EV. So when you go to enter card data, this URL changes to green. All the data of the credit or debit card that you use when buying in our online store, are
managed only by our payment service provider Stripe, one of the biggest global providers of online payment gateways that is certified with the PCI DSS standard. We ask that you do not send us unencrypted credit or debit card information at any time, for example, by e-mail or through the Contact Us form.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

We typically process orders the following day, after they are placed to deliver as soon as possible. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched the following business day. However, orders containing custom wall art may take 3–4 business days to process. Please see our Shipping Policy for details including shipping charges.

If I order multiple items, will I receive them at the same time?

We usually process the order for all items to be delivered together. Only in case of custom-made wall art ordered together with other items, there may be a chance that these will be delivered separately. In any case, we keep you updated if the items are processed at different delivery timings or dates.

How much is the shipping cost for my items?

We charge AED 20 for shipping orders all across the UAE. We offer FREE delivery on single orders above AED 400.

To make it easier for our customers, we work with multiple delivery companies to provide the most competitive and economical shipping charge for your items. We may incur additional delivery charges while delivering your items depending on the weight and delivery area, however, we do not add any extra charges incurred to your order. How soon can my order be delivered?

Most of our items are delivered schedule for next day shipping (except Sundays and public holidays), with the exception of orders including custom wall art that may take up to 3-5 business days for delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
