Return & Exchange Policy

We love to accommodate our customers in every way possible. If you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can request a return within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we are currently not accepting exchange requests on the website and will update this space once exchanges are possible.

To return or exchange items purchased from Kraftverse, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unused and unaltered
  • The items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • All tags and sewed-in barcodes must be attached to the items
  • You must have the original purchase receipt in order to qualify for an exchange
  • Only items of equal or greater value than the item purchased can be exchanged

Please note that if any of the conditions mentioned above are not fulfilled, we stand by the right to revoke the return or exchange of the item. The returned goods must be packed and returned in original packing.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, a processing fee of AED 25 will apply. The applicable charge for certain areas outside of the Emirate of Dubai can be up to AED 35. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for returns.

Refunds for returned products will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, as and when the the returned items have been received and inspected by Kraftverse. If the returned products are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange. 

Refund Policy

Full refund is provided for items that are delivered damaged, are incorrect or faulty, if there is no replacement possible. For all other returns, we will evaluate the returned item and notify you if it is eligible for refund under our policies (see our Return and Exchange policy). Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you have chosen the cash on delivery payment option, refunds will be transferred only to local UAE bank accounts. Please note that the processing time for crediting refund amount may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If the returned item does not abide by the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Please note that the original delivery charges are not refundable.

Exclusions

All our Wall Art sales are considered final and thereby do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. While all of our shipments are inspected prior to leaving our facility for quality assurance, in case there is any wall art order that is still delivered damaged, incorrect or faulty, Kraftverse will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

For items that are hand crafted, we note that each piece is unique and hand-made and therefore variations in colours or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty but part of the aesthetics of the piece purchased.

Return or Exchange Process

Kraftverse ensures to assist you at every step, making the whole process smooth and prompt. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Cancellation

We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase due to any reason, however, cancellation of an order cannot be not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please get in touch with us using the contact form provided on the Contact Us page. Please note that cancellation is only possible if your order has not been sent out for delivery. However, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and you can instead request to process a return if you would like to return the item instead. Please note that the applicable charges may be deducted for returns.

Please note that for orders where the payment was made through a credit or debit card, the payment processing charges may not be refunded in certain cases.
