Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policies below prior to placing an order with us. These are the delivery procedures that we offer across UAE and surrounding areas. These standard options may change as we strive to improve your online shopping experience with us. DELIVERIES ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUR REQUESTED ADDRESS IN UNITED ARAB EMIRATES ONLY.

Delivery for all items excluding Wall Art

Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the next day after placing the order. No deliveries are made on Sunday (Weekend in the UAE) or on public holidays in the UAE. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered at the latest by Tuesday in the following week.

Delivery – Wall Art

Orders that include custom made wall art may take 4-5 business days for delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Our customer service team will be in touch in case of any unexpected delays to your order.

Delivery Charges

A standard shipping fee of AED 20 applies on a per order basis on all orders shipped across the UAE.

For a single order above AED 400, FREE shipping is provided in the UAE.

Order cancellation

Orders placed may be cancelled before being shipped out, however we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible. To cancel an order, please contact us using the form provided on the Contact Us page together with your order number and one of our representatives will reach out to you with information.

We reserve the right to apply an order cancellation fee, limited to the payment processing charges in cases where the payment was made through credit or debit cards. If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy instead.

Failure to accept delivery of your order

Our delivery team usually makes three attempts to deliver the order. In case the order is not accepted at delivery, Kraftverse reserves the right to charge the full value of the ordered items together with the delivery fee.

Damage during shipment

In case any items arrive damaged, Kraftverse with replace these items at no additional cost as the first solution or provide a full refund where no replacement is possible.

Payment options

Credit/Debit card: You may securely pay for your orders via credit or debit card at checkout from our online store.

Cash on delivery: We accept cash on delivery at no extra charge.
